Branson Vacation !!!!

So before we get to the Branson trip, there are a few pictures that I will share....

Tristen's last up to bat for the Season with The Heat...

 Homerun ????

We even got Molly and Palmer to the last game...and they loved it.

We are going to take Palmer for Baseball Season.  He just loved watching Tristen and sat the entire game.

Tristen turns 9 this year and since we are in Branson for his actual Birthday, we had the Gurzynski Party before we left.

And yes...the much anticipated Slushy Magic !!

Oh yeah...that is Grampa on the same side with all the kids.  (He didn't even draw the short straw..)

Lighting was bad...but the cake was GOOD !!

So the Branson trip begins.  We had planned on being on the road for about 5 hours just to get a good head start.  This is the first time ever that we have not booked a hotel prior and figured we'll just find one.  Let's just say finally around 2am we hit a small enough town that was willing to rent us a room that was in their system as "not sellable" because the curtains were only sheer and did not have the dark curtains.  Thank God we have the hotel background and I talked the night auditor into renting the room at a discount and we swore not to tell anyone.   It turned out to be perfect with some well needed sleep. Oh, I almost forgot.  The kids and Brian thought this was the funniest sign at the rest area as this cat had   a food and water bowl.

We all arrive at the Condo and late that night the gang decided a little tennis would be ideal.  Tristen and Chase on one team......

Katie and Shannon on the other.....

Zander and Jenneth took turns on different teams and were very helpful as running around the courts chasing the balls.

Of course after some tennis we need to take a dip in the pool to cool off.

So as the night went on..the kids got more and more crafty with their jumps.

Jenneth is doing turns in the air, if you are not able to tell.

Air Guitar Baby

Oh yes, and the Mom and Dad that are willing to sit till 11pm at the pool with their kids.

So you would think that with all the tennis and swimming that these kids would crash early right ???  Not so...I believe they went to bed at 1am.  As it should be for cousins that haven't seen each other in a couple of years !!

So our first adventure of Branson is the Titanic Museum.  They would not allow you to take any pictures inside the museum at all, so this is all we have.  I would suggest for anyone that has the chance.  Some great stories are told from those that survived.

Well here's a shocker...at the pool again.  Poor Gramma Katie is getting all kinds of loving from the grandkids.

And here we are with more jumping...Jacoby is ready.

Tristen and Zander just chillin in the deep end.

Gramma Katie standing in the deep end.....and pulling the kids around in the floats.  One day down...and what a great start it was.
